During our yoga cruise, you will sail through the heart of the Indonesian Archipelago, either in the Komodo National Park or Raja Ampat, while participating in sunrise and sunset yoga sessions held by an experienced instructor.
Stopping at key sites, you will have plenty of time to relax, meditate, dive and explore some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world.

What to expect:
– 2 yoga classes per day at sunrise and sunset on the upper deck
– Daily guided meditation
– The rest of the day is free-time and you will have access to our activities including: snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking or SUP, hiking on the island or simply relaxing on the bridge or white sand beaches.

Maya, diver since 9 years old and manager of our beautiful phinisi, the Jakaré, has, besides, followed Yoga Integrative teaching by Shilpa Ghatalia (www.yogshakti.com) defined as “Lightness in Body, Stillness of Mind”. She is Yoga teacher certified Yoga Alliance RYT 500.
Therefore, Maya is offering a deep reconnection with the elements and your inner-self during our Yoga-cruise in Indonesia. This cruise will allow you to discover this amazing place through physical practices (Flow yoga, Qigong, Yin yoga), breathing practices (Kriyas and Pranayamas), relaxation and Presence (Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra and Meditation).
